Reverse Logistics in the Selected Company

This diploma thesis is focused on the study of reverse logistics in the selected company. The subject of this analysis is MSV Metal Studenka, a.s., which produces components for rail vehicles. Diploma thesis is devided into three parts. The first part is focused on theoretical basis. The second part continues with introduction of the company and analysis of logistic processes, with ephasis on reverse logistics. In the third part there are presented suggestions, which should lead to the improvement of the reverse logistics processes.

This Thesis deals with the study and analysis of the packaging management in KAVALIERGLASS, a.s. – a glass company in Sázava, The Czech Republic. The Thesis consists of three parts. The first part deals with theoretical background of logistics, inventory and packaging management. The second part analyzes the current packaging management and the ABC analysis of the suppliers and packaging. The third part suggests such a solution that ensures a more effective cooperation with the suppliers of packaging in the packaging business, providing meeting quality and cost.

The diploma thesis is divided into three parts. The first theoretical part serves to explain the concepts and understand the issue. The second analytical part is focused on the analysis and comparison of carriers, payment methods and packaging management. The final part presents proposed solutions.

The bachelor's thesis "A business strategy proposal for the Manufaktura brand with zero waste philosophy" deals with an analysis of the problem of waste material from the field of the cosmetics industry and offers one of the many possible solutions to this problem for the Czech cosmetics company Manufaktura. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the basic terms connected to the zero-waste lifestyle are explained, the Manufaktura brand is presented, as are its values and history and examples of functioning alternatives on the field of sustainable caring cosmetics are shown. The theoretical part of the thesis also explains the importance of a sales and a marketing strategy and of strategy planning overall. The practical part of the thesis brings forth a draft of a business strategy aimed at implementing a draught cosmetics programme for several caring cosmetics products. Based on the findings from the performed qualitative marketing research, it brings forth a suitable approach for implementing this type of a sales practice and also brings solutions to the arisen pitfalls connected to it.

Optimalizace reportingových a evidenčních povinností dle zákona o odpadech a zákona o obalech: Specifikace požadavků na procesy evidenčních povinností ORP. Popis stávajících procesů evidenčních povinností ORP

Analýza stávajících reportingových a evidenčních povinností orgánů ochrany ŽP v oblasti nakládání s odpady a obaly na úrovni obecních úřadů s rozšířenou působností (ORP) podle současné platné právní úpravy v této oblasti, analýza změn vyvolaných harmonizací s komunitárním právem a optimalizace jejich výkonu. Návrh jednotného celorepublikového evidenčního systému sběru a zpracování dat. Cílem první etapy projektu je popis a specifikace evidenčních reportingových povinností podle zákonů o obalech a odpadech a požadavků na tyto procesy. Součástí a důležitým podkladem pro další etapy projektu je i analýza stávajících reportingových a evidenčních povinností na úrovni ORP v oblasti nakládání s odpady a obaly a vlastní procesy při plnění těchto povinností v praxi. Výsledkem první části projektu je zmapování současného stavu reportingových a evidenčních povinností v oblasti odpadů a obalů jak v legislativě, tak v praxi.

Realizační program Plánu odpadového hospodářství České republiky pro obaly a obalové odpady

Návrh realizačního programu pro obaly a obalové odpady je rozpracováním a doplněním Plánu odpadového hospodářství České republiky pro skupinu obalových odpadů, které jsou vymezeny nejen zákonem č. 185/2001 Sb. o odpadech, ale především zákonem 477/2001 Sb. o obalech. V návrhu je řešen další rozvoj již realizovaného systému nakládání s obalovými odpady, zejména s ohledem na realizovatelnost stanovených cílů, možnost využití nástrojů k jejich dosažení. Struktura Realizačního programu stanovená Plánem odpadového hospodářství České republiky, je pro účely této skupiny odpadů rozšířena o výpočet báze. Zpracovatel vycházel při zpracování realizačního programu z úvodní SWOT analýzy, která hodnotila dosavadní vývoj v problematice obalů a obalových odpadů.

Optimalizace reportingových a evidenčních povinností dle zákona o odpadech a zákona o obalech

Zpráva hodnotí současný systém evidenčních a reportingových procesů prováděných na základě zákona o odpadech a zákona o obalech. Hodnocení těchto procesů je základem pro návrh řešení, který spočívá v zavedení systému sběru informací prostřednictvím upraveného sjednoceného formuláře pro evidenci produkce a nakládání s odpady původců odpadů. navržený proces sběru dat moderním systémem sběru dat prostřednictvím on-line internetové aplikace nahrazuje dosud používané formuláře MŽP a ČSÚ. Cílem je zpřístupnit všem zúčastněným subjektům v systému nakládání s odpady relevantní informace a navrhnout zjednodušenou administrativu spojenou s podáváním a zpracováním hlášení pomocí předdefinovaných číselníků a kontrol. Hlavním výstupem z projektu je řešitelská dokumentace a uživatelská příručka testovaná v pilotním projektu. Závěry z pilotního projektu upravují konečnou verzi návrhu internetové aplikace pro evidenci produkce nakládání s odpady na úrovni obcí v oblasti komunálního odpadu.
